Diva Labs operates as an independent store fulfilling orders through a third-party production and fulfillment partner. By accessing our website or placing an order, you agree to be fully bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please do not use our website or purchase our products.

You must be 18 years of age or older to purchase from Diva Labs. By placing an order, you confirm that you meet this age requirement. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone at any time at our sole discretion.

  • Payment is due in full at the time of purchase — orders are processed immediately upon payment receipt
  • We accept all major credit cards and approved payment methods available at checkout
  • Diva Labs reserves the right to cancel any order where a pricing error has occurred and will issue a full refund in such cases

Order Cancellations

Orders may be requested for cancellation within 12 hours of placement by contacting us at support@thedivalabs.com. Once an order has entered production or fulfillment it cannot be cancelled, modified, or redirected under any circumstances. Production timelines provided are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

Fulfillment & Production

All orders placed on thedivalabs.com are produced and fulfilled by our third-party fulfillment partner. By placing an order, you acknowledge and agree to the following:

  • Orders are processed and fulfilled within 2–4 business days after payment confirmation
  • Once an order has entered production it cannot be edited, cancelled, or modified
  • Production and delivery timeframes are estimates only and are not guaranteed
  • Diva Labs is not liable for delays caused by our fulfillment partner or shipping carriers

Defective or Damaged Products

If you receive a product that is defective or damaged upon delivery, you must contact us at support@thedivalabs.com within 30 days of the confirmed delivery date with photographic evidence. Requests submitted outside of this window will not be considered. Approved cases will be resolved at our discretion through a replacement or refund as outlined in our Refund Policy.

Incorrect Shipping Address

It is the customer's sole responsibility to provide a correct and complete shipping address at checkout. If an order is returned to sender due to an incorrect address provided by the customer, re-shipment fees will apply and are the full responsibility of the customer. Packages that remain undelivered and unretrieved for an extended period may be discarded by the carrier without eligibility for a refund.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Diva Labs shall not be liable for any:

  • Loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunities
  • Personal injury arising from the use of our products outside of recommended guidelines
  • Damages resulting from unauthorized access to our systems or your account
  • Losses resulting from carrier delays, lost packages, or circumstances beyond our control
  • Delays or errors caused by our third-party fulfillment partner

Our maximum liability in any case shall not exceed the total amount paid by you for the specific product in question.

Dispute Resolution

In the event of a dispute arising from these Terms or your use of our website, both parties agree to first attempt resolution through good faith negotiation by contacting us at support@thedivalabs.com. If a resolution cannot be reached, disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association. All claims must be commenced within one year of the date the cause of action arose.

Governing Law
