30-Day Return Policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it — unopened, unused, with all original seals intact, and in its original packaging. You'll also need your order number or proof of purchase.

How to Start a Return

To start a return, simply email us at support@thedivalabs.com with your order number and the reason for your return.

If your return is accepted, we'll send you a return shipping label along with instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong product so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

For damaged, defective, or incorrect items, please email support@thedivalabs.com within 7 days of delivery and include:

  • Your full name and order number
  • A clear description of the issue
  • At least 2 clear photos showing the damage, defect, or incorrect item

Items That Cannot Be Returned

For health, hygiene, and safety reasons, the following cannot be returned:

  • Opened, used, or partially consumed products
  • Products with broken safety seals
  • Products purchased on final sale or with promotional discount codes marked non-returnable
  • Gift cards

Refund Processing

Once we've received and inspected your return, we'll notify you and let you know if your refund was approved. If approved, the following applies:

  • Refund method: Issued automatically to your original payment method
  • Processing time: 5–10 business days after approval
  • Shipping costs: Original shipping fees are non-refundable
  • Bank processing: Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund

If more than 15 business days have passed since we approved your return and you haven't received your refund, please contact us at support@thedivalabs.com.

What We Do Not Refund

We do not issue refunds for:

  • Personal dissatisfaction with results, as individual results vary
  • Allergic reactions or personal sensitivities to ingredients (please review all ingredients before purchasing)
  • Orders delayed by carriers, weather conditions, or peak holiday periods
  • Packages stolen after confirmed delivery by the carrier
  • Orders shipped to an incorrect address entered by the customer

Exchanges

The fastest way to get the product you want is to return the item you have, and once your return is accepted, place a new order for the desired product on thedivalabs.com.

Subscription Orders

Subscription charges that have already been processed and fulfilled are non-refundable. To avoid future charges, you must cancel your subscription before your next scheduled billing date. Cancellations must be requested by emailing support@thedivalabs.com at least 48 hours before your next billing date.
