Shipping policy
This policy outlines how Diva Labs processes, fulfills, and delivers your orders within the United States. Please read carefully before placing your order.
Order Processing Time
All orders are reviewed, produced, and fulfilled within 1–4 business days after successful payment confirmation.
- Orders placed Monday through Friday are processed within 1–4 business days
- Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will begin processing the next business day
- You will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number once your order has been dispatched
Please note: Processing time is separate from shipping time and is included in the total delivery estimate below.
US Delivery Times
- Standard Shipping: Total estimated 4–9 business days from order date (1–4 days processing + 3–5 days transit)
- Express Shipping: Total estimated 3–7 business days from order date (1–4 days processing + 2–3 days transit)
Delivery timeframes are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to carrier volume, weather conditions, or peak holiday periods. Diva Labs is not responsible for carrier-related delays once an order has been dispatched.
Shipping Rates
- Standard Shipping (USPS Ground Advantage): Always FREE on every US order — no minimum order required — estimated 4–9 business days from order date
- Express Shipping (USPS Priority): $9.99 flat rate — estimated 3–7 business days from order date
Order Tracking
Once your order has been fulfilled and shipped, you will automatically receive a confirmation email with your tracking number to the email address used at checkout.
- Allow 24–48 hours for tracking to activate in the carrier's system
- Track your order directly on the carrier's website using your provided tracking number
- For tracking issues, we recommend contacting the carrier directly before reaching out to our support team
Incorrect Shipping Address
It is the customer's full responsibility to ensure the shipping address entered at checkout is correct and complete. Please double-check your address before completing your purchase.
- Address changes cannot be made once an order has entered fulfillment
- Diva Labs is not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer
- Re-shipment fees may apply if an order is returned to sender due to an incorrect or incomplete address
Lost or Stolen Packages
If your tracking status shows "Delivered" but you have not received your package, please follow the steps below:
- Step 1 — Check with neighbors, building management, and surrounding areas
- Step 2 — Contact the carrier directly with your tracking number to open an investigation
- Step 3 — If unresolved after contacting the carrier, email us at support@thedivalabs.com within 7 days of the marked delivery date
Diva Labs is not liable for packages confirmed as delivered by the carrier or for packages stolen after delivery confirmation.
International Shipping
Diva Labs currently ships to the United States only. International shipping options will be announced at a future date. We appreciate your patience.
